United StatesI always pre-wash outfits. This one initially looked too big but after washing fit like a glove. The top and bottom are cotton. The green was a perfect color.. My granddaughter has worn this outfit a number of times and has gotten compliments. The outfit is a medium weight cotton and is very durable and not flimsy.
