CanadaThe shoes were purchased as a gift for my one year old nephew. He has large feet so the 12-18m size didn’t fit him unfortunately. For a shoe in walking size they should have treads on the bottom. Otherwise, they are very sweet and adorable and the customer support was amazingly helpful in sending a replacement item that fits.
