United StatesMy little loves this outfit, because of the hood. Be aware that the legs are not full length, they hit just below the knee. I have a petite 2.5 year old, who normally wears 18mos-2t so I was surprised that this outfit was so short. It felt weird at first, but now that we've washed it a few times it feels more like normal cotton. The arrows have faded a good bit though. The plastic zipper is easy for her to operate on her own, but still stays up on its' own.
