CanadaThe material is soft and has a lot of stretch. I was glad it was lined as the outer layer (the printed material) appears thin when stretched. The head band did not come tied, and seems extra long. I thought it was a pretied, knot in place headband. Here's hoping my tying skills will do it some justice. This outfit is a Christmas gift, so I can't comment on how it fits yet (how true to size).
