United StatesThe red velvet fabric is beautiful and soft. The skirt part of the dress is not the velvet as pictured above, it is sheer, kind of stiff and has gold stars. I was a little disappointed as it does not look as pretty with the sheer skirt fabric. Not sure how I feel about the recommendation.
